Title IX

It is the policy of Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ to provide equal employment and educational opportunities to faculty, staff, students, and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, marital status, pregnancy, national origin, age, disability, citizenship, sexual orientation, veteran status, and any group protected by federal, state, or local statutes. Sexual violence and sexual harassment are prohibited by law and by Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ policy. Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ will not tolerate sexual violence or sexual harassment in any form, including but not limited to, sexual assault, stranger, acquaintance or date rape, stalking, domestic or dating violence, sexual cyber harassment or bullying. Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ will take appropriate action to prevent, correct and discipline harassing or violent behavior that is found to violate this policy.

Title IX Anonymous Report Form Information and Link:

This form is available for anonymously reporting incidents of harassment, including, but not limited to sexual violence and discrimination that you believe may be a violation of Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµâ€™s Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Title IX Policy (Sexual Violence, Sexual Harassment, and Violence against Women). Reports can also be made directly to the Title IX Coordinator by phone at (402-399-2327) or by email at titleIX [at] csm.edu.

This form can be used by any person making a report on his or her own behalf who wishes to remain anonymous. It can also be used by students and visitors wishing to anonymously file a report on behalf of another person. Depending on the level of information available about the incident or the individuals involved, anonymous reporting may impact Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµâ€™s ability to respond, investigate, or take further action.

This form should be used to satisfy the mandatory reporting obligation of all Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ employees.
